-Variety pack gives a chance to try different flavours at a reasonable cost. Personal taste...I tried them all and could use any of them but have some favourites if ordering only one flavour.
-Energy boost...I'm not sure yet, I haven't been able to give them a fair test yet. For sure they did not cause any discomfort or feeling of being full. For me, I didn't feel I needed the full package. I tried 1/2 package at beginning of exercise and finished package after 30 minutes. I did not feel any energy crash after exercise.
