I like the taste but unfortunately they are quite difficult to open. Pretty much need something sharp to cut the top. Trying to open them while running is extremely challenging and I had purchased to try them for an upcoming marathon. They won't work as I won't be able to get them open without carrying scissors or a knife with me..
Would be great for hiking or other uses where you can stop and use an object to cut the top.. just not for activities that you need to be able to open them easily while still concentrating on the main activity.
