I received 3 different gels as a Christmas gift (cinnamon bun, lemonade and orange cream). I tried them on my long runs and they went down without any issues. The flavour was great, the texture was easy to eat and no digestion issues. I've always looked for natural foods to use as long run fuel as the mass market gels just upset my stomach way too much. Sun River Honey delivered and I'll be buying more!!
PS my delivery was delayed but due to the Canada Post strike. Nothing to do with the company.
