I waited to write this review to give a genuine response. I purchased the energy variety pack and the turmeric and ginger honey. The turmeric/ ginger honey has helped tremendously with my migraines. I take two spoons a day and have been headache free for 2 months. The energy packs are a stable for my son as a school snack, his favourite being orange and the cinnamon one. My 80 year old father who had stomach cancer loves the lemon flavour and it has been great for a healthy snack boost, especially when he can’t tolerate solid food. I believe in this company: in the quality they provide, in their integrity and the health benefits it has given my family is unquantifiable.
