I bought the variety pack for my teen daughters who are multi sport athletes. I liked the fact that this was natural product compared to some of the gels out there. My eldest tried a couple and settled on the cinnamon flavor. My youngest really likes the more citrus flavors. Seems to give them the extra little boost they need to get through long meet sessions.
