The flavor was fantastic! However, I didn’t consider, or read any cautions regarding the time of year. I tried a gel during a trail run in sub-zero temperatures. Couldn’t even get the honey out of the tube. Seems obvious when you think about it, but who’s thinking logically while running 20km on trail?
