I ordered the sample pack with a full size ginger-turmeric when I was suffering from a terrible cough. I placed the order late on a Friday night and received the package on the following Monday. Terrific service! I added the ginger-turmeric to hot tea before bed and it helped tremendously to ease the cough , my throat and helped me to sleep. I have tried the other flavors and love them all. Very pleased with my purchase and recommend highly!
