3rd complaint on our holidays and we have not flight yet!!
Total and utter disgrace of a company. I cannot warn anyone enough, they are an absolute joke. We paid for our holiday in full over a month ago, then last week they took £1014 out of our account for NO REASON, after being on hold for 40 mins at a premium rate cost (£1.70 per minute) they hang up on me, another 50 mins later they told me someone would call me back. 4 days later, no call, eventually an email to say they had made a mistake.
They refunded our money today, and then took it straight back again. I’m now going to have to spend another hour on hold to get through to them. We fly Sunday and we are still £1014 down.
DISGRACE
