Sunshine mis sold me a 4 star holiday which was in fact more of a 2 star. I had a holiday from hell. Sunshine ignored my complaints so I raised a dispute with my bank which was found in my favour. I was refunded the money in full by Visa in July. Sunshine clearly didn’t like this and stole the money from my bank last week (18 Aug). No warning, nothing. They left me in poverty. In usual Sunshine form they’ve ignored my calls and emails. Another dispute lodged with my bank who have refunded me. Card now cancelled so Sunshine can’t keep stealing from me. Absolutely horrendous experience.

I am very disappointed with Sunshine holidays. I unfortunately made a mistake when booking a our apartment I clicked the economy studio as I couldn't scroll down to find our usual studio apartment. So I asked them to please change the apartment for the studio we normally have, after checking the hotels website and looking to see what an economy studio was it was facing a wall no view. They quoted me a further £475 to change making our holiday over £2000. The original price for the holiday booked was £1.558. I decided to do another search o sunshine website and to book the studio I wanted was £1.745 so even with a charge for changing the room booking how can they ask for over £400 and odd pounds. They then offered a reduction of just over £200. Which I also declined. If I could cancel my holiday I would but they have already taken 2 payments of over £300. Which other company's don't do. Nothing I can do they don't want to know. The same holiday with jet2 is £200 cheaper and includes transfers which Sunshine don't you have to pay separately. I know they are only agents but surely they could have given better service certainly will not be using them again so be warned. They are no help at all go with a company like Jet2 wish I had. Lesson learned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked through this company and PAID in FULL. The shuttle collected us and we turned up to the hotel to be told it’s cancelled due to their contract ending with sunshine holidays. We have heard NOTHING from sunshine holidays about this cancellation and they do not have a 24 hour contact number. Saturday night and we are stranded without a hotel with a CHILD, luggage and after travelling all day so we had to walk the streets finding another hotel at 11pm in a foreign country. Do not book I repeat do not book with this company unless you want to be let down and left stranded abroad.

We arranged transfers while booking our holiday. We were dumped a 20 walk away at the Hotel Melia not The Hotel Marina. Driver would not look at our paperwork and didn't care that within the party of 8 was an elderly man of 79 with walking Aids. The 20 minute walk they replied is acceptable isn't 20 minutes with suitcases and someone who can bearly walk. Totally unacceptable reply and customer services. Would never use them again

Terrible service, trying to get hold of someone to answer a question regards name change. Numerous phone calls, numerous message. No live chat available and can’t get hold of anyone !

13p a minute booking line and customer service with a 95 minute wait time all you need if you have a problem with your holiday.

Do NOT book holiday with sunshine.co.uk - There is no after sales support!!. I booked holiday with Sunshine, the spell of mywife name was incorrect, I informed Sunshine within 2 hours that I received the ticket from them. However, no-one at Sunshine acted on my request. The customer service telephone was only on answering machin and it was not possible to talk to anyone in Sunshine. The email I sent to them bounced backed. Eventually, I left a message on the Sunshine's chat system. Sunshine replied to my message three days later. Hence correcting name on the air ticket cost me additional payment of £160, while this was free if it was done on time. Overall, I am very disappointed with after sale support from Sunshine. I will never book holiday with Sunshine in future and I do not recommend Sunshine to anyone.

I am one person who never complains about anything or would even right a review on someone, but today I am going to say to keep away from this one particular company as they are nothing but an absolute joke!!!!!!! I booked a holiday last Thursday to go away to Greece for one week at the end of this month and after booking the holiday I received an email from Sunshine stating that my holiday was pending and that someone would contact me within 48 to confirm my booking. I checked my bank to see if they had taken payment, but they hadn't, so I tried calling them to ask what was happening about my holiday and to see why it takes 48 to confirm a booking. The phone went to answer machine with a long message stating that they had an abundant amount of messages and that the line was closed whilst they sort out their issues. I left it until Saturday to see if someone contacted me before the 48 had elapsed, but they hadn't so I decided to book another holiday with another company. Yes that was silly of me to do but at the end of the day when you state in an email that your holiday would be confirmed within 48 and it don't then it puts you in a position and especially when you do not know if you will even be going on that particular holiday. About 40 minutes after booking a holiday with another company I got an email from Sunshine stating that my holiday had been booked. I responded to the email straight away stating that as 48 hours had elapsed then I do not wish to take this holiday and to cancel it as I will no longer be going. A few minutes later I had a response from my email from the customer care team stating that they aim to contact me within 28 days or could be longer during peak times. The following day I checked my bank account to find that they have taken the money from my account. Today I have called them around 5 times but not able to speak to anyone as a voicemail kicks in stating that they are busy and that it might be a while before you can speak to someone then the line cuts off. This company is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!!!! Now I am left paying for a holiday that I will not be going on. I live alone and cannot afford to waste my money on two holidays, which I am left with. I know that I should of hang fire until I heard back from them before booking another holiday, but please do not state that you will contact someone within 48 hours and then don't. The worse thing as well is that you cannot even speak to anyone due to the line cutting off each time I called. Angry is an under statement.

3rd complaint on our holidays and we have not flight yet!! Total and utter disgrace of a company. I cannot warn anyone enough, they are an absolute joke. We paid for our holiday in full over a month ago, then last week they took £1014 out of our account for NO REASON, after being on hold for 40 mins at a premium rate cost (£1.70 per minute) they hang up on me, another 50 mins later they told me someone would call me back. 4 days later, no call, eventually an email to say they had made a mistake. They refunded our money today, and then took it straight back again. I’m now going to have to spend another hour on hold to get through to them. We fly Sunday and we are still £1014 down. DISGRACE AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!

We are going on holidays the 9th May. After fully paying for this 2 weeks ago,last night we were charged an extra £1014.50, taken straight from our account. We have spoken to several members of staff today having been on hold for over 2 hours at the cost of over 1.50 per minute, we were assured that someone from accounts would call back today, suprise suprise no one has. Sunshine holidays are a bad joke, we have now spent over £300 trying to call them to ask why they have stolen an extra 1000 pound from us and still no answer. If you are looking for sunshine AVOID using sunshine.co.uk!!!!!!

My business partner has booked a holiday through these guys which has been paid in full. Last night they took an extra £1000 out of his account! So far, 40 mins on the phone only to get cut off, at £1 a minute. Just called again... waiting time is 68 minutes. This review will stay here and we'll post several more across all platforms until/if its resolved without incurring the huge cost of attempting to speak to these people. Avoid at all costs, if you're one of the ones who has a problem you'll be in for a nasty surprise. When it rains it pours with Sunshine Holidays.

I have been waiting over 10 days for confirmation that my hotel change request on their website (Travelling 6th May to Tunisia) has been actioned. I have sent emails, spent hours waiting on the phone, contacted them via facebook however no-one has contacted me other than today when I received an email stating that they will be in touch within 31 days. There customer service is non existant.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! They have NO STAFF their response are ALL automated!!! SCAM COMPANY am reporting to ATOL!!! No telephone lines all email automated!! They have no problem taking your money but do not return money for months!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!

Nothing but trouble since booking. Was told free covid tests with holiday with screenshot and confirmation email to prove. Fast forward 10 days before holiday still no tests no clarification and passed from Pilar to post given different information everytime. Would never use this company again

Son fell down inspection champer next to wave pool. Ended up in hospital, holiday ruined for my family Sunshine couldn't give a toss
