:::: Do Not Use - Scam Company ::: Was due to fly as a family of four in August to Majorca and booked a package holiday - flights and hotel, with them. A week before our departure I received an email saying my holiday was canceled. The hotel refund came through 3 days later. Chased them for three months for my Ryanair flight refund which cost £1500. Sunshine Holidays is refusing to refund because the flights still went. Travel insurance doesn't cover us. ABTA no help. Credit Card company are still looking into it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE COMPANY HAS EVEN TAKEN ITSELF OFF ATOL AND ABTA PROTECTION

Booked a holiday with sunshine Due to covid cancelled. It was a package holiday so we received money back for what we had already paid but was told by customer services we would need to wait for easy Jet for a refund for the flights. Our Hoilday was due in August 2020 And it is now December. we have tried several times to contact easyJet until now we couldn’t get hold of them,, tonight be finally spoke to easyJet they have have informed us that they sent a voucher to Sunshine holidays On the 10th of August to date we have not been contacted by sunshine to let us know they received a voucher. we didn’t request a voucher in actual fact we told Sunshine holidays we wanted a refund not a voucher. This is absolutely disgraceful and sunshine need to get a grip of the customers they owe money to And not assume that their customers would like a voucher rather than a cash refund which we are entitled to.never again would I book holiday through sunshine the customer service is poor they don’t answer the phones I would never ever ever recommend this service

I was refunded the full cost of my November holiday . Whilst I Am Still Waiting for flight monies from Ryan air and easy jet this is being worked on . I can not fault this company . They have been so helpful Friendly and polite throughout this Covid experience and whilst it is frustrating that I am Still waiting for flight money this is not down to them . They have given me advice to wait patiently which I am Doing . Not once have they responded negatively to my rants . They are really prompt in responding to said rants . I would definitely book with sunshine again as I feel I know where I stand with them .

Have been waiting months for a response to my complaint the initial reply did not address my request for recompense and so I emailed again abs have had no response Very disappointed I still hold out hope someone will respond

Although our holiday in 2020 had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus we must say how satisfied & happy we are that Sunshine made a timely & full refund to us of all money paid to them without us pursuing this issue. And a thank you to them for the £100.00 voucher against a holiday booked in 2020. But please inform Sunshine.co.uk that we are unable to take advantage of this kind offer because we have already decided to await until next year to asses the travel & 'virus situation before we book our holiday for 2021. Thank you V' much.

I have only booked once with sunshine and will definitely book again with them! We used them to book our flights and unfortunately wasn't able to fly due covid 19. Their customer service was amazing, fast to answer and polite. Each time I called they dealt with my issue with ease. Thankyou again.

Scam I booked the ticket with Omer he is a fraud he took the money in company Account and issue me the ticket when I called Emirates for conformation they said your agent cancelled you reservation and now he is not giving the response of my calls email and massages.he took £ 850/- Please be careful this company is fraud They are dealing from outside UK Please see the attachment Thanks

SCAM company They issue me the reservation number took the money by transfer in to the bank account and after a day they cancelled the reservation. I called emirate they said your reservation was cancelled by the agent because of non payment Now they are not answering the call Please don’t book your ticket with this company they’re fake Thanks

Sunshine holiday has been a great help on phone and they are quickest I've heard on returning payments as my holiday was cancelled on 4th Nov and I have received my money in bank on 6th. I understand its part payment as they have to wait till Ryanair pays them for flight before they return that money but I am very please with the service. 👍

Booked a package holiday with flights with 2 different airlines. One of the flights was cancelled and i found out by chance as i checked online. I tried for hours to get through on phone, left a message online to say i will book another flight and to leave holiday as it is, also asked for them to call me, called again and again eventually got through after nearly 3 hours to find out they cancelled the whole of my holiday, why would they do that without talking to me first, asked them to reinstate my holiday but they could only reinstate the flight, ended up with flights and no accommodation, took months to get a refund and am almost £200 out of pocket, bad way to conduct a business.

SCAM company - wont refund holidays that were disrupted due to COVID - the hotel i booked in 2019 (so pre covid) cas closed due to covid, so sunshine just shoved me in a different hotel - the new hotel didnt have the same facilities (spa) and was in a different resort - yet was the same price ????? sunshine couldnt care less. lost out on flights and hotel. customer service @ this company is non existent. will never book another holiday with sunshine or on the beach (same company) the staff couldnt care less. said to claim on my insurance. (i still have to pay £100 excess) AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMAPNY

We are so disappointed! We have been robbed in closed apartament! Robbers had a key and there wasn't any sign break in. They stolen all our clothes, cosmetics, money, everything!!! The owner didn't help at all. He never asked we need something! He never answered for messages. Nothing! We had to boiled water i the kettle to made bath for kids as there wasn't hot water all the time!!!! Definitely not recommended!!!! Never again

What went wrong lol.... what went right? Ignorant, unhelpful, incompetent .. what else is there to say about such an awful company. Due to go away at xmas, I have been trying for 6 weeks to reschedule the holiday but clearly no one knows how to answer a phone let alone the intelligence to understand, comprehend and respond to an email. To add insult to injury I have just received an email to say my holiday is still scheduled to go ahead ... err to a country that is restricted by the FCDO for essential travel only.... come on !!!

Living in a lock down in Wales,and being told its not permissable/illegal to travel abroad and face a hefty fine if I get caught going,I find it disgraceful by sunshine holidays to be told, as the travel was lifted,the holiday cannot be cancelled,but surely a local lockdown by the Welsh government stating its illegal to travel abroad should mean that's the law, please clarify sunshine holidays, or speak to the Welsh government and get the facts as I'm due to travel 30th oct

In Covid times, last minute, they took well care of us. Rather impossible getting to speak to someone on the phone. They dont answer phone and you cant book a hol online with a couple of days notice. However, they rang us eventually having paid online for this holiday. Came up trumps. Confirmed holiday that we booked online. This is a package... Need this in Covid times. All good, had a fab 10 night in Algarve, a day after this gov pulled Algarve out of air bridge. Pleased we did it. Safer there than here and Sunshine I cannot fault.

kept £90 from our booking for admin fee even though their email said they wouldnt, then got a message later saying fees are non refundable
