You aren't getting back to me, about getting a refund from the holiday in May

I booked my holiday for 17th April 2020 to Lanzarote with my sister. Sunshine holiday communication was great no problems all good. Now with what’s happened in the travel Industry which I can understand we got one email to say they would get round to us as they have a high level of enquires. Since then we have had no communication. I have email several emails and no response. We are waiting for over £500 to get back !!! So not happy with sunshine

Morning Everything was going according to plan until obviously the virus I have emails and phones and cannot get through I would appreciate if somebody could contact me please to advise us what’s going to happen about our refund or change of date. Please advise I would appreciate the help thanking you on this hard times

Price was greatly inflated after initial booking, need to be aware price you see is NOT what you pay.

The staff I spoke with over the phone were very helpful. The booking was very misleading. I was asked for an additional £130 after booking the holiday because apparently the hotel hadn't updated their prices with you; that's very poor.

Very good in general, as I use hotel bookings all the time with them. I would have given 5 stars, but sunshine didn't pay up the correct amount on a popular cashback site. They claimed it refers to the wrong order number, but it doesn't. So a bit disingenuous from someone unfortunately. Had to email cashback site proof that I am correct.

We’ve booked a holiday which we are really happy about but we have booked with friends to stay at the same place. I just found it really disappointing that we had to do 2 separate bookings to get a cheaper holiday but now at risk of being split apart when checking in and arriving at the hotel.

The only holiday Ive ever booked that does not confirm your holiday and says the booking is pending then get a Ohio e call they want more money for a better room!!!

Was very easy app to follow and a quick response but disappointed to find the the same holiday later for almost 155 pounds cheaper with travel republic by which time it was to late to cancel ☹️

I was a little dissapionted as the first holiday I went to book went up by over 1000 pounds. We had a quote online but because we are a family of 14 we had to phone for confirmation and that's when the increase occured. The holiday we actually booked was effortless and the staff were extremely helpfully and took all the hassle out of booking a holiday. My only criticism of the company is the phone calls cost 13p a minute and ir took me over 3hrs to sort out the holiday because of the initial problem. I have booked with Sunshine before and will definitely book again as the value for money is outstanding.

Their prices are not live. So it went higher twice when I booked. It caused me an inconvenience and they cancelled without my permission.
