it was good to book but telephone wait was lengthy and it cost 13 p per minute to wait took me half an hour

Have always been good when booking on line but booked holiday last week and was caused stress and anxiety by a booking over the phone that the assistant made a right mess of. She sent an email to Susan not Sharon so did not get it she booked wrong luggage with easy hey and booked wrong room. I was on the phone for two hours trying to sort it out sunshine they had to listen to the call before changing I was furious not acceptable. My saving grace was a brilliant lady called Adelle in bookings she sorted it out for me . She said the lady was just out of training. MORE TRAINING I THINK before letting lose on customers

We booked they rang us up two days later saying we couldn't have what we booked because the hotel didn't have the rooms, my wife phoned back, turns out they had tried to book the b wrong hotel for us. So in the end we got what we booked. Looking forward to going in a few months

If a deal looks too good to be true, chances are it is. Booked a cheap deal which was the wrong price so had to look for another so just be aware that it might not always be the right price

Have always found sunshine holidays to be a first class company to deal with but my low rating is due to having to make to recent phone calls which took 20 mins to get through

We were disappointed because when we booked the holiday online the price quoted was ideal,but to be told by yourselves 1 day later it had increased,so as not to be left with no holiday we had no option but to go ahead with the new price

I have rung up and waited along time to speak to someone. WAs paying by instalment. Then decided to pay off early. Messaged company person replied to day I won't have to pay all instalment charges. Still waiting for refund

I've booked a holiday with you, but as this holiday hasn't taken place yet, I don't think I am able to give a review until the holiday has been, so I'm able to be fair all around. Thank you.

a couple of things. the holiday was booked as adults only, but there were families with small children in the hotel. Not what we asked for. the all inclusive was not as stated. the bar closed at 11pm not 12.00 there were not snacks during the day time. all in all a very good hotel with good staff but the holiday was not as described.

Ok company to buy through but what they don’t tell you or offer you before booking is seating together on the plane which once booked is £25 pp and also all you get is 10kg of hand luggage if you want hold luggage of 22kg it’s £64pp but yet again not told of any of this until you have booked and paid your non refundable deposit. Other then that it’s ok we don’t go until 24th June so will see how the rest of it goes and will do another review when we get back.

What i didn't know when i booked this holiday that their is so many extras added after you've booked like British airways iv' e always used British for flights and iv'e never had to pay for hold luggage i'm very disappointed that this has happened but next time i shall do my research before booking another holiday.

I never recieved my call back 2 hours later to book. So the next day when i rang price was up £140.

all ok so far, just slightly upset/put out by the fact that shuttle service from airport to hotel and then told it will be a £200 taxi fare. not very impressed.
