When booked holiday,didn't realise luggage was,nt included,cost us an extra £150 for out bound and in bound flight,not very happy

Have always had a great response from Sunshine but 5 days ago I tried to book 8 single rooms for March 2020. ( our Annual golf trip that we have done for several years via Sunshine). The first room came back to be confirmed in 48 hrs, 2nd room came back as confirmed. Rooms 3 to 8 no acknowledgement that any rooms booked at all. I have not even had a reply for the 1st room booking from 5 days ago

I have already recommended this company but be aware of interest which are described As admin payment charges if you pay in instalments

Really hard to get in touch with customer service and telephone staff are very abrupt. Unfortunately found this holiday over £400 cheaper but couldn’t cancel unless I agreed to pay over£1000 .

Bungalow not cleaned well and bed rock hard , witch gave ourselves a very bad back , witch ruined our holiday

Booking my holiday I picked later flights which were more expensive. I got a telephone call to advise these flights were not available but earlier, cheaper ones were. I was not refunded the difference despite me raising this twice.

I think to charge £30 admin fee is wrong when you just want to add a case.

I asked you to request a pool view room the hotel said you never. The things on your site are incorrect about the hotel. Not the worst I've had but not that good either.

They were always happy to let you book at a cheaper price if it came up and cancel the other booking for £1. Now on the beach have taken over that doesn't happen.

Booked a holiday (pending) approx 47 hours later by phone informed my holiday was no longer available at the price, could book again increase of £129. I do know bookings are live from suppliers but to be informed late other Travel Agents also increased their prices. I was told a call was made earlier not the case, why not email? Did rebook expected a compromise on increase for delay.

Hotel was said to be 4* but wouldn't have thought that! Also it was very out of the way in a residential area, & food wasn't great 🤨
