“NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN CHANGING HOTEL COST ME £ 90 ALSO WHEN MY DAUGHTER ,HER PARTNER AND MY GRANDAUGHTER JOINED MY HOLIDAY .DID NOT HELP SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY SOLO ROOM CHARGE OF £ 100 .SO ALL IN ALL NOT VERY HELPFUL”

“I have booked previously and had a good holiday although the private taxi I booked on return to the airport was not private at all, and I was given a refund, also my latest booking had to be rectified three times as incorrect dates were added to the booking”

“When you book online you don’t get the option of booking a second room, so now my friend and I are booked with two separate travel agents, not good enough.”

“I’ve used sunshine for a few holidays but was very disappointed this time with a price change, I had to wait to see if I could have the flight for what price stated you shouldn’t advertise if price is going to change”

“My daughter has just arrived at the Adams hotel in Cyprus and the reception have taken 300 euros deposit of her incase of damage, this wasn’t stated in the paperwork that it could be so much, now my daughter is left with no money as she is there for only 4 days, what is the need to take so much, extremely disappointed as this is my daughters first experience on holiday with a friend”

“Easy to use website. Good availability, Good price. Beware paying in installments with them - it can cost a fortune. They charge extra for each payment made - disgraceful!”
