Hi had a hotel booked in cala dor all inclusive all payed, When we arrive to the hotel it was closed, We were put up in a self-catering were we spent more money than we should have, Will I get money back for the extra food and drinks we forked out

I got a text saying our hotel closed were flying 30th of August yous have change the hotel with out telling us and we asked if we could keep the holiday for next year and your charging us 1500 to change holiday or if we cancel your going to charge us 1500 and were a package holiday that I have paid £4150 just need a full refund

Due to fly out on the 28 july to benidorm and I know my hotel don't open till 1st August so haven't got a clue whats happening cant email them dosent seem to work cant get through on fones sunshine holidays have made no contact at all with me feel stuck

Can someone tell me y your web site don’t work you say go on to manage my bookings but nothing works can’t ask you anything no phone unless your booking a new holiday, please get your website working this is so stressful not much to ask

The test of a good company is how they react when it all goes wrong - Sunshine has failed the test. My holiday was cancelled at the beginning of April 2020 as I was due to travel on the 24th April 2020 my friend and I are still waiting for the flight refund - Sunshine now ignore my emails and just send out a blanket email stating that TUI have not refunded back to them. ATOL are useless as they state that as long as Sunshine do not refuse the refund there is no case to answer. The bank will not recall the payment to Sunshine because they state that the holiday is ATOL protected and so it goes on... round and round in circles

SUN9982663B Our holiday has been cancelled due to CV. I have received an email on 16th April to say that I would receive a refund of £461.83 for hotel and transfers within 3 - 7 working days but have still not received this. Also I cannot claim the flight money back with Ryanair as they said sunshine holidays have sent them a different email address and I don’t know this. I would appreciate it if someone would give me a phone call to sort this out please 07715355470
