“******This company is amazing and deserves more than 5 starts our hoilday was cancelled twice unfortunately due to covid but everytime we have been fully refunded in full so quickly we only book with sunshine and will continue to only book with them Amazing company and always helpful always a easy stress free process thank you.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Emma and Louise for amending a booked flight that I booked in error. I got through on the telephone very quickly, Emma listened carefully and dealt with my enquiry very efficiently and explained fully what she was going to do. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Louise who again very efficiently dealt with amending my return flight and clearly confirmed the new changes. I would like once again thank them both for their superb customer service and are a credit to the company. I have used sunshine.co.uk several times previously and would not hesitate to continue using them.”

“I was refunded the full cost of my November holiday . Whilst I Am Still Waiting for flight monies from Ryan air and easy jet this is being worked on . I can not fault this company . They have been so helpful Friendly and polite throughout this Covid experience and whilst it is frustrating that I am Still waiting for flight money this is not down to them . They have given me advice to wait patiently which I am Doing . Not once have they responded negatively to my rants . They are really prompt in responding to said rants . I would definitely book with sunshine again as I feel I know where I stand with them .”

“Although our holiday in 2020 had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus we must say how satisfied & happy we are that Sunshine made a timely & full refund to us of all money paid to them without us pursuing this issue. And a thank you to them for the £100.00 voucher against a holiday booked in 2020. But please inform Sunshine.co.uk that we are unable to take advantage of this kind offer because we have already decided to await until next year to asses the travel & 'virus situation before we book our holiday for 2021. Thank you V' much.”

“I have only booked once with sunshine and will definitely book again with them! We used them to book our flights and unfortunately wasn't able to fly due covid 19. Their customer service was amazing, fast to answer and polite. Each time I called they dealt with my issue with ease. Thankyou again.”

“Sunshine holiday has been a great help on phone and they are quickest I've heard on returning payments as my holiday was cancelled on 4th Nov and I have received my money in bank on 6th. I understand its part payment as they have to wait till Ryanair pays them for flight before they return that money but I am very please with the service. 👍”

“Booked my accommodation for Christmas & New Year, with Sunshine . With all that's going, on 09/09/, I made the hard decision to cancel. 18/09 I had an email to collect my refund, which would be in my bank between 3-7 working days. It was in my account on the 19th. Excellent Service , and when and if things get back to normal, I will certainly use again. Thank You Sunshine, from one very happy customer .”

“I have been using Sunshine for a number of years, we have always experienced excellent customer service, this year with Covid has been no exception to service, we unfortunately felt the need to cancel our September holiday, I requested a refund, not holding out much hope, yet Sunshine have worked and today confirmation of our refund. “Thank you for the final part of the refund for my cancelled June 2020 holiday. As for the bad reviews, most companies have taken around 2 months for refunds! I have been using Sunshine for a number of years (after numerous problems with Thomas Cook). All holidays have been perfect & not had any problems. Will definitely be booking again.”

“I've used Sunshine Holidays a few times to book our holidays. We have always found our perfect holiday through them, their prices are very reasonable and booking process so easy unlike some online agents where you book and they phone you and tell you that your holiday is not available. We recently had our holiday cancelled due to Covid 19 but they handled the process excellently, with great communication and we have finally got our refund from Easy Jet. I highly recommend this company and I just hope that they manage to survive these stormy waters at present.”

“Decided to change our Spain holiday in October to Malta, change of dates and hotel. Completed a change request online lunchtime Thursday, received a call today (Monday) double checking my changes and confirmation of extra cost, we are staying 2 nights longer. All sorted very quickly and efficiently. Email received within 2 minutes of call ending. Cannot fault Sunshine. This was a hotel only booking, we booked our flights direct with EasyJet. Will certainly use Sunshine again and the change request online is very effective.”

“We booked a holiday for Sept this year last August, unfortunately Thomas Cook went bust, refunded within days. Rebooked same hol going a day later, this has been cancelled on 20 July, received my refund yesterday (28th) fantastic service, I do realise how lucky I am to get refunded so quickly, thank you sunshine will use you again once safe. Also this was first hol we were going on with sunshine so not a repeat customer yet!!”

“Had my holiday cancelled in June due to cover 19 had half my refund in two weeks but not off Ryan Air so sunshine paid me out instead of Ryan Air which il never fly again just rebooked for egypt in Nov got a bargain 345.oo each all inclusive ten nights taking my lower boys to sharm el sheikh and plus they gave us a 100.oo voucher happy days well done sunshine holidays my 4th booking and not the last”

“Shocking costumer service. Phone system is a joke. In the last two minutes I have gone from caller number, 17,18,21,39, now 42. Despite a polite lady saying I’m moving forward in the queue. Now over 30 calls, 40 emails, and loads of social media ant no reply from this company for over a month. Is this another money making venture so sunshine holidays can make profits from telephone calls?”
