“Guys listen,like everyone I was panicking that I was going to struggle to get a refund for my holiday package. But genuinely show some patience. I am sure like me you will get a refund in 2 parts (hotel first), which let me be clear they did email and say they were going to do. I was due to fly on 18th of April and I got email today to confirm my flight money back aswell. This is within the cash refund timelines and more importantly shows the company if it can it will get your money back to you asap. This is first experience with this company and I can safely say they have been fantastic, I am sure it wasn't easy for them to get money back to give back to us! Thank you to to Sunshine team”

“We have just recently returned from hurghada I just want to say a very very big thank you to customers service for all there help at a very stressful time easyjet cancelled are flight home without informing us we had no way of knowing what was going to happen to us but sunshine sorted it all out for us they got us on a reparation flight home.we arrived home safe and sound. So I just want to give you all a 5 star review because we are so grateful to you al, we always book our holidays with you and hopefully be able to book again once covid 19 has gone and we all can relax once again. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN”

“We were a party of 4 mid 60 year old holiday makers on holiday in Hurgada.After only one day of an 8 day break the Egyptian government gave 2 day warning that all flights to and from Egypt will be cancelled.i contacted sunshine holidays on 3 occasions and at each point were brilliant.the third time I spoke to Adam who had notes regarding my calls and managed to get us on a rescue flight home,Adam even arranged transport to the airport.there were those with Loveholidays that complained that they couldn’t get home as they could not cope with the call numbers and I believe they are still there or arranged alternative flights costing thousands. Great job Sunshine and particularly Adam”
