I booked to go to Cyprus at Easter which was obviously cancelled. I quickly received my accommodation and transfer money but not my flight refund. I have phoned 3 times to be told British Airways were not following the refund procedure and Sunshine were fighting on our behalf to gain funds for us. I have waited until my patience was running out. On Sunday evening l received an email saying Sunshine were going to refund my money and they would then fight BA to get the refund back. I think this is a great gesture and will now continue to use sunshine to book future holidays as they have rewarded my trust in them by also giving me Β£100 voucher to spend on a future holiday. Well done Sunshine in this very difficult times! Shame on British Airways.

I've used Sunshine.co.uk on many occasions and I've just received my refund from my cancelled flight in March. Flights were with Ryanair a d they haven't paid up but Sunshine have paid the refund from their own money plus a Β£100 voucher to use I read negative reports about Sunshine but I have nothing but praise for them

I've used Sunshine.co.uk many times before and always had great customer care especially after our holiday to Malta was cancelled in March We had flights with Ryanair and they hadn't repaid the cost of the flights to Sunshine.co.uk but Sunshine have paid a full cash refund themselves in addition a Β£100 voucher for being a valued customer which I think is a great gesture

Had a package booked to go to Turkey end of July. Just had email saying it was cancelled due to none operational flight. I have to say they have been brilliant throughout. Every questioned answered within 24 hours. Hope all goes well with refund but that’s in the hands of Tui. Thank you Sunshine we will book again sometime next year πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Have to say was worried about how long refund would take holiday got cancelled 2 and a half weeks ago and our refund is done would definitely book with sunshine again we have been on holiday with them before with no problems and prices are fab. Staff helpful when u ring we booked over the phone as large group

Everyone just needs a little patience. I was due to fly to Spain on the 9th of may, sunshine sent an email round about april stating about the cancelltion process and ongoing covid19 situation. I was reassured if i cancelled my holiday due to the circumstances I would be entitled to a refund pending on the airline. I have to give them credit as any time i queried something i got a reply back. Today I got a surprise in my email i received my refund for my flights. Yes it was 2months i had to wait but i was expecting about 4 months to be honest with the ongoing situation, especially as tour operators have never experienced anything like this before. Also they paid straight to cash no credit notes or vouchers which saves any hassle. Will dwdd be rebooking with sunshine again once its safe to so:)

Had a holiday to Turkey book for the 25th of june it was cancelled recieved the email it was cancelled 2nd june recieved a full refund the 12th of june thank you sunshine holidays

Our holiday to turkey was cancelled - they advised us we would receive a full refund - firstly hotel and transfers and then flights - we have received the full refund within 10 days of them advising us this holiday was unfortunately cancelled - what an easy and fantastic company to work with - have kept us informed with out any hassle - will be using them again - highly recommended

i booked yet again through sunshine very good travel agents we were suppose to go to benidorm on the 17 march as a suprise for my husbands 50 birthday but unfortuntely got cancelled 2days before we were due to go got paid out on hotel and transferrs within a week but still waiting on rynair to refund our flight money defo book with sunshine looking at august this will be my 4th booking with them defo no other travel agent for me always go thriugh sunshine

First time that I’ve used sunshine but unfortunately the holiday was cancelled due to the virus. However sunshine have kept in contact and have had a full refund all completed within a week of when we should have arrived home. Yes will definitely use again. Steve

Sunshine i have booked many times Hi I have booked with Sunshine many times .as covid 19 came about ? My holiday in march 17 2020 to Malta was cancelled i had a refund in my account very quick but have been waiting for my easy jet refund from sunshine over 60 days not sunshine's fault i sent many messages to them and messages were answered it now seems i am owed only Β£40 this may be a admin fee i have to say Sunshine have been very good . i will use them again it must be hell to them in these bad times .... Ps Dont book to go to China x Lol SUN9524639B thanks for your hard work in the refund

I would just like to thank sunshine holidays 😊they have been absolutely amazing, should have gone on holiday end of march to April it was cancelled. But true to their word with in 4 weeks all monies have been paid back. Thank you πŸ’• you have been amazing, and I will definitely use your company again πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰
