Help rooms booked and stated this but now reading terms says 30 pp to cancel snd reviews are awful, is there a charge to cancel? thanks

Was dissapointed when I entered room. It stank of cigarrette smoke and the person next door smoked on the balcony room 205 and I had to close the door. It was supposed to be a non smoking Hotel. The wearing of masks in the restaurant is as ridiculous as wearing them in the street. Hard to eat with one on.

we booked our holiday via sunshine.co.uk which was 3rd may 2020, this didnt go ahead due to the covid coronavirus, we received an email from sunshine.co.uk that we must take action on our booking, the only action was to click cancel, we did not want to cancel due to lose of admin charges etc, but due to receiving that email i had to click cancel, now sunshine holidays have reduced our refund by £90 admin fee, so we may not use this companyy again in future unless the decision is changed by them on the beach and sunshine.co.uk i am led to believe the ssame company re:Under normal circumstances, if you were to cancel at this stage, you would have to pay £30pp to cancel the hotel and transfer, and &emdash; as the airline is currently still planning to operate the flight &emdash; any costs associated with the flight would be non-refundable, as per the airline's T&Cs. In light of the circumstances however, if you do choose to cancel now, you can do so for £30pp and if advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) later changes (meaning your flights cannot operate), then we will automatically refund the flight costs as well, providing we receive the refund from the airline. so if im waiting for a refund for flights as they didnt operate i shouldnt be charged admin fee either???

I have had refunds for jet2 flights out to Corfu and accommodation but still no refund for Easyjet flights for myself AR Ellis and my friend L Taylor EZY 1978 due to fly to Manchester 19th of May2020. You need to procure from airline and refund its 2 months now. Not impressed that you cut phone calls.

I didn't like the fact the price went up 3 times during the phone call to book. £200 more than originally quoted in the space of 20 minutes 😤

Not a good start. Made my booking late one evening. The following morning I had at least 8 calls to my mobile phone (the number which I had given while booking). The nature of these calls was to ask "for 60 seconds of my time" and were often quite aggressive when I would not co-operate. Coincidence or data breach? The latter I would say. Hopefully the holiday will be good!

I booked 2 apartments as we were travelling as 2 families, first I booked mine which was for 1 adult and 4 children, then I booked my friends for 1 adult and 4 children. Both came up as the same price, however confirmation of my friends came back first, but I didn't hear anything about the apartment I booked for my family. So I rang and explained that I had booked first and yet my friend had booked after me and it was the same occupancy for both rooms to be told that if I wanted to confirm mine it would be an extra £88 as the price had gone up when she had booked hers, this didn't make sense with me booking first however I had no choice but to pay the extra. A little unfair if you ask me.

Website does not appear to accommodate booking of different types of rooms for groups so two rooms were booked separately. Confirmation is yet to be received for SUN10025227B, the family room, after 60 hrs so unable determine whether the whole group can stay in the same resort.

Never book a Ryanair flight with hold luggage through a third party, always book direct to get the full benefits of their premium service.

Very rude customer service when we called to ask how to book in on line they asked my husband who was the lead passage questions but because he had not done the booking and can’t read the printed document she said she could not help, so I called back and spoke to a live gentleman on booking line who went through everything and helped as my husband is 74 and was getting upset.

Booked a holiday and paid the deposit. I got an email to say the holiday wasn’t booked it was pending, and I would be contacted with 48 hours. I’ve never had a pending holiday booking before. So I called the next day only to be told the holiday price had increased by £124 due to flight increases because it’s not a live website. So don’t use this firm if like me you want to know exactly the cost of the holiday when paying a deposit

Annoying that the price quoted on website is not the price you pay. Initially wanted an additional £500 for a 4 night stay for 5 people. When I objected it was reduced to an additional £249 which still seems wrong

When trying to add in-flight extras (seats) the site does not allow me to 'confirm'. The seats requirement is input and a cost of £78 appears but a 'no entry' sign appears when hovering over 'confirm'. The help desk just advise me to go to manage booking. Very frustrating. 07803614033
