Sunshine made a mistake with my surname on the booking and I had to ring TUI myself to rectify and they advised if there was a charge I would be liable. Also on the site send and receive messages, I sent a message on 26th April, the same day I booked and you are supposed to get a reply in 48 hours but I had to send a 2nd message on the 30th April before they replied.

The booking of our holiday was straightforward with lots of choice and easy booking systems. However, when we requested that the company book seats on our flight, they failed to complete the reservations and overcharged us. Payment was only refunded following our complaint. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were allocated a room without a window. We complained to Sunshine Holidays when we returned home, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.

Everything has been absolutely fine, prompt responses, paperwork sent with time to print off, all confirmed. Then a day before I fly out I miss a call from Sunshine, I tried to call back and also call the number provided in an email however neither would connect. I have all my paperwork printed off and ready to go however they have mentioned something about my transfers (which is all confirmed in my paperwork) I have found it unnecessary stress wondering if there is something wrong 24 hours before I fly and I am now sat waiting for a response as to what they were ringing me for. I understand if they need more info but this can surely be requested by email so if you miss a call due to being in work you can still get it sorted rather than having to play back and forth and waiting which is causing annoyance and stress before the holiday..

Am on resort now this propsrty is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties but not advised had toom cha ge and in a sc apart.ent woth restricred AK and room freezing 1st time dksappointed woth sunshine

I booked a holiday for myself and the Mrs for our wedding anniversary. Sadly we weren’t able to go due to a family emergency, I was told that I would be able to get the taxes back and lose everything else. All I was asking for some compassionate time to put the holiday on hold. After many phone calls with different people, I eventually got the cost of the hotel back and nearly half the flights. I would have expected a bit more compassion and under the circumstances to have been allowed to put the holiday on hold, it was either cancel and lose everything or go

Make it hard to book seats next to each other. Wasn’t given an option to do so and therefore only option to go through paying admin fees of £30 plus the fee of the seat charges. This is a major issue and had significantly impacted the enjoyment of the trip overall. But other than this a very good service.

Although the price was competitive, getting in touch by telephone was non existent. I could not work out how to do the online airline booking and after many attempts, when the phone wasn't answered or it rung 3 times and then cut off, I contacted Easy Jet direct and they talked me through the process.

The hotel wasn't as shown,the service at hotel absolutely rubbish, the room,what can i say small and disgusting, there was a kettle full of limescale, poor experience, been to different hotel's in Turkey which are extremely great, this awful 😫😫 Have booked another holiday from this site, was excellent but this time bad,very bad

Price was good.no pick up arranged had to wait 2 hrs before it was sorted.coming back not listed on flight another stressful event on this holiday waiting to get a confirmation of seating

I changed one passenger on my booking ,and was charged £165 for name change,while the flight fares .When I looked on the website the flight had dropped in Price.

We used Sunshine many times, but this year when we needed their help whilst in resort they didn’t want to know. We complained and are receiving compensation. Whilst the getting this is good, it doesn’t change the fact our holiday was ruined.

Booking was fine but we tried to add reserved flight seats through sunshine and the whole experience was a pain. It would say our request was accepted but when checking with the airline it was not. After a few emails back and forth we had to do it direct with airline in the end, which would not be a problem if known this in the first place
