Apart from the fact they never gave me a booking reference so I could check in with easijet. Cant get through on phone to get ooking ref otherwisw would have given them good/very good

I contacted you minutes after I booked my holiday to say I had clicked on the wrong day, it took 24 hrs to answer you then did not give me all the information I required to change my flights, this resulted in me missing the 48 hr grace, to change my flight for £30 and it the cost me over £200, If there was a contact number rather than just the email contact, this could of been avoided, or make sure you give the customer all the information in the first reply, I'm referring to the email you use when booking flights etc, hence the poor choice

I have tried to speak directly to a customer services officer and have been unable to do so. There needs to be clear and concise contact details available on your web site and also on your travel documents. Telephone numbers not just e-mails, people when in crisis like to talk to humans not machines.

I've got incorrect board details on my booking for the hotel..I'm supposed to have self catering but room only has been booked even though I have it in previous correspondence in writing as self catering. It's taken me 2 calls to try to sort out my booking which cost me nearly £15. Still waiting for my email or phone call as a reply.

after I booked with you, I noticed that the booking was for gatwick and not stansted as I had requested. I then found the internal contact system was restricted to very basic silly questions, which really should all but answer themselves, with no option to ask the reams of questions that you have missed. I checked your website and you say I can drop in if I wish(hardly practical for many), but there is no email address or phone number listed, only googling your ID and phone number was I able after quite a long wait able to make contact with your staff, who was quite helpful, but he was unable to change the booking

Baggage is a big con when booking with yourself. You charge more than the airline it’s self and only give certain options. But of a con to make more money

I booked a holiday with Sunshine.co.uk only to phone and find out there was a issue with booking the flights as the computers was down and was ask to re-book but on doing so the holiday had went up £200 so a bit disappointed.

I booked the holiday for myself and two grandchildren only to receive a call the next day saying the system was down to book flights with easy Jet. They had already taken the full amount out before even confirming the holiday I now have to wait between 3-7 days for flight refund. I went on to price flight s with easy jet but could book as waiting for my refund As it’s the 6 weeks holiday term,since last week the prices have shot up so now it’s going to cost a lot more. I usually book everything myself and thought oh just book with sunshine never again would I I’m a frequent traveler up to 6 times a year and would never use this company again. Should confirm holiday accommodation and flights then take the money. Still waiting on refund

Online booking was very easy BUT when I got to my hotel at 3am with just me and my 4 year old son they said there was no reservation for us luckily they gave us a room for the night the next day they transferred us to another hotel which was noththing like what I had booked in regards to review standards ,I paid extra for the wyfi and it never worked they would not return my money I was alone in a country with my 4 year old and couldn’t use my phone around hotel very frustrating, they had no drinks that anyone requested the whole time , my air con didn’t work . I could go on the problem was is no one really cared or went out of there way to be helpful there was no point complaining as they didn’t care . I asked the rep just for a late checkout or discount to keep a room as we had to checkout at 12 and we weren’t leaving until 10pm at night and I explained about all the problems and the hotel said NO . I wouldn’t mind if I had booked this hotel as the trip adviser reviews are bad so would of expected the standards given the fact that I looked for a small friendly hotel as it was only me and my son going I looked at lots of hotels in the area on your website and choose the one I booked as the customers reviews where good in regards to staff and kids . I would like some type of explanation or apology/compensation for the whole lack of care and the fact the hotel I booked I didn’t get I got a hotel that I wouldn’t even call a 2 star . Please could someone call me re this or reply .

Good price however it wasn't very clear that we hadn't actually confirmed our holiday until receiving a phone call notifying us it was no longer available due to your website not being up to date. Therefore, we had to pay more than the original price for a much sooner date which was disappointing.

1st time iv.e had to CANCEL my HOLIDAY was very disappointed to see the fee£345., they say that they can't CANCEL my flight because they are not refunded the carrier want to CANCEL the flight and do not transfer you flight to another HOLIDAY. S oh they keep the full cost that you pay and sell your flight 1to enother HOLIDAY maker's account and picking another full cost of the holiday. I THINK if they sell the HOLIDAY to someone else they keep two lots they should return and refunded part of the cost of The flights. Thay certainly do not care about the HOLIDAY makers who are there customers. This will need governments to sort out If they are getting double money for every single CANCELLATION We can see why the don't want The HOLIDAY makers that have already booked. Po a you don't see the terms before you book

Hello unfortunately this was a bad experience after booking my hotel was not confirmed. I had much difficulty trying to contact you when I arrived at the hotel our room was not available so we were moved to another hotel.we had trouble getting our transfer to and from the hotel and I spent much of the time whilst away calling the uk and transfer company as they were stating that they had not had the updated information from yourselves and so could not change the transfer time this was a really stressful experience and not the relaxing holiday I'd hoped with endless changes and the stress of worrying if we could get back to the uk.

Checked price online went back to book an hour later to find price had gone up by £150.00. Booked on line waited for conformation email for over 24hours only to receive phone call telling me flight was no longer available Had to rebook different flight at additional cost of over £100.00
