sunshine holidays are great when things are going right BUT when you try to get a complaint resolved you get plenty of emails but nothing comes of it still waiting from September perhaps in the new year it will be sorted put off using them until then

been given a voucher against the cost of another holiday after my previous one got cancelled but after a phone call and 9 messages sent still haven't been able to find the voucher on my account so cant use it

I tried to resolve flight seating arrangements but had no success with your company . I did consider cancelling this booking.

Asked you if you could change my dates, you said you would get back to me, but nothing yet, plus I couldn’t cancel my holiday as no refund

great efficient service at very competitive prices but incorrect booking of hold luggage, booked additional carry on bags instead of hold bags so had to pay additional costs. In tota £170.00. No contact with any rep on arrival or during the whole length of our stay.

Took an order including all my credit card details only to be told the next day it was not available, tried to contact to ask that cc details be destroyed but no reply !!!

Various luggage options are not given when booking e.g. checking in bags, 10kg cabin bag to take onboard, priority check in etc. Only one option was given which then misled me to think that the 10kg cabin bag to take on board came within the price quoted. Once booked I understood that it wasn't and was going to cost me extra £24 return plus administration charges of £30. Why would I want to pay an admin charge after booking the trip when I wasn't given the correct options to do in the first place. If I had known this whilst booking I wouldn't have booked as there were two other travel websites coming in cheaper by £150 including cabin bags. Really disappointed that the website is misleading customers, you seriously need to sort it out! I will be filing an official complaint.

I have not been my holiday yet and I am regretting booking through sunshine. I have requested new paperwork with updated details four times and still not got it. I am totally stressed and would like to talk to an actual person, not through emails that are being ignored.

Overall, it’s really easy to book a holiday, but be aware, twice now they have taken payments twice and three times and it’s very hard to get in touch to resolve the issue

After booking with Sunshine I get a text message saying that they have not been able to collect payment and will cancel the booking. Then a bit later the booking goes through. This has happened the last 2 times I have tried book. There is nothing wrong with the card.

Within 3 hours of booking a holiday the price reduced by £60+ and stayed reduced for 3 days+, as i booked for my friend at the reduced rate, yet they won't credit me with the difference therefore they do not offer the best possible price to their customers. I booked with love holidays last year and they refunded the difference no problem. Lesson learnt, book with Love Holidays for a price promise and best value.
