I found the booking process easy but the aftercare i struggled with. Although Sunshine were quick to respond to messages they wasn't able to help me with what i would see as a simple request.. to sit three people in a row.. They tell me the blame lays with the airline so i just had to accept that as an answer, i thought by booking with Sunshine that i would have help at hand.. lesson learnt i suppose

All good to book on line until it’s booked it’s not explained that they have your money then try to organise . Was not impressed when we had to pay £80 extra for flights when I had already paid . The reasons we got was the airlines don’t update there flights i don’t find that is our fault or our problem when it shows the prices on the site plus I could have booked flights myself earlier if it didn’t take nearly 48 hours to get back in touch .

Apone arriving at the hotel they told us that we needed to wait to get confirmation back from sunshine and after the long 2hours we were taken to rooms that all had single beds and this isn’t suitable for what we was looking for. As we specifically asked for kings size rooms. We also booked deluxe rooms and was not giving the the deluxe accessories that we was promised such as a full min bar upon including fruits basket at also much more

I was told when I rang that when it was time to check in and print boarding passes that I could print going out and return ones. Tried to do this for this trip 04/06/19. It would only let me book going out !!!

Initially contact, waited 18 minutes for someone to answer the phone at a cost of 13p a minute total £2.34. Not the best start.

I would not be recommending this resort as its fake advertising its not lived up to the expectations as shown on the website. Very dissapointed bad experience carnt wait to get home.

I booked a holiday and payed my deposit, after I recieved a pending message. The next day I got a phone call and was told that we had to pay £50 due to an issue with the hotel. This is to me false advertisement and such a disappointment. I believe you should have covered this cost as it was your fault and we were not made aware before pressing 'book now' there would be any further cost. I will not be booking a holiday again with you.

Booked a holiday with flights however then got a call the next day to say there were no seats on the flight available and had to pay extra to change airports - the flight advertised was unavailable.

Promised a price and when I had booked the price had gone up on watching the price it went up £3 and your representative tried to charge me £56 which meant they were saying £14 price on screen changed a couple of times but did not go anywhere near that price . I confronted the representative and told them and got passed to a manager . Who halved the price of £56 to £28 this to me meant I was being ripped off . I am a BIG SUNMASTER customer who seen your price and thought why not give you a go . I go to Corfu as I have a place in dassia . I won't be contacting sunshine again .

I had sent my booking confirmation to the wrong email address, this was resolved extremely fast, very happy so far! Hotel was advertised as all inclusive, this was not the case.. We had to pay extra for spirits, fresh orange juice, coffee, snacks, we even had to pay to sit on the beach. Because basic all inclusive needs were not met we had to spend more money on these things, this was money we had saved for excursions. Would never come back to this hotel again, and therefore would not use Sunshine again.

Tried to book a 28 night holiday, 1st 2 times informed holiday not available, so why are they on internet? 3rd time lucky. Have used Sunshine before with no problems.

We arrived at the hotel and they could not find our booking, when we finally sorted it the rooms were not as described on the web page, fortunately the Hotel upgraded us free of charge

So much messing about with the flight had to phone tui personally to check the flight and then had to pay more than orginally it stated and then they put the name details in incorrectly so now messing about again to try and get in sorted out without paying a charge

No liaison at airport or hotel, speedy transport had to wait an hour to leave very expensive at £88 could have had a taxi for €60

Sunshine made a mistake with my surname on the booking and I had to ring TUI myself to rectify and they advised if there was a charge I would be liable. Also on the site send and receive messages, I sent a message on 26th April, the same day I booked and you are supposed to get a reply in 48 hours but I had to send a 2nd message on the 30th April before they replied.

The booking of our holiday was straightforward with lots of choice and easy booking systems. However, when we requested that the company book seats on our flight, they failed to complete the reservations and overcharged us. Payment was only refunded following our complaint. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were allocated a room without a window. We complained to Sunshine Holidays when we returned home, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
