I had sent my booking confirmation to the wrong email address, this was resolved extremely fast, very happy so far!
Hotel was advertised as all inclusive, this was not the case.. We had to pay extra for spirits, fresh orange juice, coffee, snacks, we even had to pay to sit on the beach. Because basic all inclusive needs were not met we had to spend more money on these things, this was money we had saved for excursions. Would never come back to this hotel again, and therefore would not use Sunshine again.
