I found the booking process easy but the aftercare i struggled with.
Although Sunshine were quick to respond to messages they wasn't able to help me with what i would see as a simple request.. to sit three people in a row..
They tell me the blame lays with the airline so i just had to accept that as an answer, i thought by booking with Sunshine that i would have help at hand.. lesson learnt i suppose
