“In Covid times, last minute, they took well care of us. Rather impossible getting to speak to someone on the phone. They dont answer phone and you cant book a hol online with a couple of days notice. However, they rang us eventually having paid online for this holiday. Came up trumps. Confirmed holiday that we booked online. This is a package... Need this in Covid times. All good, had a fab 10 night in Algarve, a day after this gov pulled Algarve out of air bridge. Pleased we did it. Safer there than here and Sunshine I cannot fault.”

“Very helpful staff and quite easy booking the holiday. Just wondered how to reserve the seats, as there are 6 of us, including 2 small children. Also, be aware that some cheaper flights are not leaving at the time that is entered at the top, when entering the search. I needed to cancel the first holiday choice and request a refund and then choose another with the correct dates. It took a while to call them and get the refund organised. I was told on email to claim it under the Refunds link, however, there was no Refunds link, which meant I had to call them again and after waiting on the the phone, a nice man confirmed that he had arranged for the refund to my card. So I am overall happy with their service.”

“easy to use site, very trustworthy in my opinion. Used sunshine.co.uk for 5 holidays over the last six years. Sometimes used just to book a hotel, having booked flights direct with airline. Other times, I have booked a full package.”
