“There should be a way of offering discounts to returning customers. I take around 5 holidays a year and at least 2 of those are with sunshine. Yet there is never any recognition for booking more then 1 holiday a year with you. If there was then I would probably book all 5 holidays a year with sunshine”

“Not enough info about adding advanced information and having to print your own boarding passes for each airline your travelling on, also logging on with a email address generated by you for me, this should be highlighted on confirmation all in all if I turned up at Airport without all this I wouldn't be travelling.”

“Easy to use website and good price compared with some other sites. Only downside is that even when you book your flights/hotel, it is not a confirmed booking; only pending and this can be problematic when the flights are Ryan air. My confirmation did however come through within about 5 minutes. Also, the email address you have to use with your Ryan air flight is not your own address but one randomly generated. This means that if you buy extras, such as a seat reservation (essential with Ryan air if you want to sit together), you do not get a confirmation email. You can however access this on the Ryan air app. If you use your device for your boarding pass, you will need to remember the random email address. This is something that should be made clear by Sunshine at the booking process.”

“Good price, booked a hotel only trip for March. The terms and conditions (which you don’t get sent until you have made a booking) aren’t very easy to understand and some of the terms seem very concerning. If the trip all goes as booked I will be very happy.”
