Very helpful staff and quite easy booking the holiday. Just wondered how to reserve the seats, as there are 6 of us, including 2 small children. Also, be aware that some cheaper flights are not leaving at the time that is entered at the top, when entering the search. I needed to cancel the first holiday choice and request a refund and then choose another with the correct dates. It took a while to call them and get the refund organised. I was told on email to claim it under the Refunds link, however, there was no Refunds link, which meant I had to call them again and after waiting on the the phone, a nice man confirmed that he had arranged for the refund to my card. So I am overall happy with their service.
