1st time iv.e had to CANCEL my HOLIDAY was very disappointed to see the fee£345., they say that they can't CANCEL my flight because they are not refunded the carrier want to CANCEL the flight and do not transfer you flight to another HOLIDAY. S oh they keep the full cost that you pay and sell your flight 1to enother HOLIDAY maker's account and picking another full cost of the holiday. I THINK if they sell the HOLIDAY to someone else they keep two lots they should return and refunded part of the cost of The flights. Thay certainly do not care about the HOLIDAY makers who are there customers. This will need governments to sort out If they are getting double money for every single CANCELLATION We can see why the don't want The HOLIDAY makers that have already booked.
