“Offered a great range of holidays however the website itself was a bit of a pain. My main complaint however is having booked a family holiday for 2 adults and 2 children we were then informed that it does not include any luggage - a family of 4 for a 7 night holiday and no luggage? Although it did include 23kg of hand luggage which is just ridiculous. So at a cost of £240 I have added luggage. Your holidays should come with a luggage allowance - no one holidays with no luggage.”

“Lots of add on's! Holiday looks cheap until you start adding the extras that are now omitted in an attempt to entice you in A necessity like baggage allowance as its not quoted in the price. shuttles or coach to hotel extra and the list goes on .”

“I got fedown up with the amount of times I tried to book. As informed by staff the website isn't a live representation. It's mega expensive to call the call centre. Emails were not replied too.”
