“I didn't like the fact that multiple rooms can't be booked at same time so caused an increase over night on price never had this problem with any other company in the past normally holiday confirmed straight away. Maybe you you state that the price is not what is seems”

“Disappointed that I got the airport to find I should have checked in otherwise there would be a £55 charge per person. No warning from sunshine holidays about this before hand. Tried to log in but didn't know the email address used for the booking, clearly not mine. Rang sunshine holidays, no response. The airline finally helped me find the spurious email address used to book and I checked in within minutes of the deadline. too stressful when travelling with young kids, will not be using you again.”

“Time taken to confirm holiday bookings is to long. The time taken to make amendments is far to long. My daughter was charged an admin fee of £50. to ADD another passenger to her booking, this is ridiculous. It costs £30. to cancel a booking but £50. to add to a booking?????”

“i booked holiday and i am the lead passenger.you have my address,my phone number and my email address but someone at your end has put barry evans as lead passenger.so when i phoned with a query the person i spoke to would not enter into a discussion with me.”

“Website needs to be updated on a more timely manner as two of my booking were cancelled due to the website not being in sync with hotel availability. Even after 48 hrs the hotel was wrongly being advertised as vacant when it was, in fact, fully booked. Otherwise he staff are very helpful at the call centre. I can give a more in depth review after my holiday.”

“All very easy to use, nice easy website and great prices until you think you’re 100% booked then it tells you that they are checking with the operators that they can take your booking. Leaves you panicking for 24 hours until you know you've actually got your holiday. Would much rather not have that part!”

“Made a big mistake booking the transfer taxi through Sunshine.co.uk travel company, from Malaga Airport to Torremolinos...we have been there many times and use a very easy to get, outside the departure door taxi, return airport taxi has cost us about £44 (+/- exchange rate) Turns out the Sunshine cost was £37.15 return per person which makes it £74.30....for two. Though my mistake, I missed the pp (per person) I wasn't able to cancel the booked taxi with Sunshine as they said it was after 24 hrs from booking. Their comment was that Sunshine only book competitive taxi deals....but this is way off being competitive!...thought we were saving about £10 rather than loosing £30! The reason for spotting the taxi cost print detail was we got an email that day from Sunshine notifying a return flight time change so that made us read all the documents....seems a bit unfair that they can change a flight but not accept a change in taxi requirements. Just be careful, if there had been 4 of us the taxi would have been £148.60 rather than the standard +/- £44 per car from the airport / hotel taxi service.”

“The website is confusing. Although the ability to send/ receive messages is useful, the responses are misleading because when you send a message you receive an error message saying ‘your message has not been sent due to a transmission error’ - this in fact is incorrect. When Sunshine receives your message they ‘close ‘ it which if you don’t realise, could lead you to think they haven’t replied.”

“Booked with sunshine last year,very happy, followed up this year and recommend to friends and family but did see the price with yourselves £40 cheaper per person the morning after I booked. I’m sure you can understand my disappointment.”
