The website is confusing. Although the ability to send/ receive messages is useful, the responses are misleading because when you send a message you receive an error message saying ‘your message has not been sent due to a transmission error’ - this in fact is incorrect. When Sunshine receives your message they ‘close ‘ it which if you don’t realise, could lead you to think they haven’t replied.
