I overpaid on my holiday and wanted the refund made to my wifes card which was the card the deposit was paid on. As I paid the balance on my card, amount 609.13, I was told that the refund could only be made on the last card used. I dont understand why? Just the inconvenience of me having to pay the money back to her card from my card

Very good & easy site, Only little niggle is No transfers for our holiday Destination. also no details of what bungalow no is, also no info on where to collect keys from, just says a key collection service is available but no details !!!!!

We have just come back of holiday booked through sunshine from Greece hotel lovely but you messed up our rooms my son and 3 boys ended up in one room and my daughter in law and 2 girls ended up in another room luckily the hotel eleferia hotel sorted it out for us not pleased with you we booked 3 family rooms which didn't happen and they all have disabilities so we won't be booking with you again you almost ruined our holiday if it wasn't for the hotel staff they had to sort out your mess me and my partner ended up in a standared room not good enough when you pay all that money out and you save up all year especially when you're on low pay never again Barbara

The deal was better value than elsewhere however contacting the firm to confirm the booking was very difficult. The website has a premium rate telephone number and the wait was very long. I managed to find a 0330 via another online search which took 40mins to get through however the call was free with my inclusive minutes. They do not provide an email contact so if you have any questions following booking it can be very difficult. We had booked two rooms and needed to confirm the rooms would be adjacent and had difficulty confirming this as well flight seats. Good value for money but they need to improve their contact methods to enhance customer service.

We have a requirement from the hotel as my wife suffers from acrophobia. We have put a message on your request board as well as discussing this with Paul (one of your staff) and when originally booking. We will not be able to make the payment, which I would do this week until this matter is confirmed. As we have not been on holiday yet with Sunshine we cannot review the below area. We look forward to hearing from Sunshine..

I would like to have spoken to somebody before I book as the accommodation has some very poor reviews but we are committed now so there is nothing we can do

After booking my holiday i went back into the website to check something about the hotel and it was £80 cheaper in the space of 5mins, with an earlier flight that i wasnt offered.

We have booked the same hotel 4 times previously with Sunshine.co.uk and have always been very happy with the service until now. This year we were not offered the option to book a Superior Room. I emailed twice to ask about changing to a Superior Room, but only received stock answers a few days later saying my query was closed. Nothing was resolved. In the end we paid 210 Euros for a room upgrade when we arrived at the hotel, but it would have been much better if we had been able to book this earlier and spread the payments over time. We should at least have received an answer to our enquiries without them being shut down with no response. We booked a Speedy Shuttle transfer which is only meant to have 4 stops and take around 50 minutes. The minibus sat at the airport in blistering heat for about 45 minutes (including 10 minutes after all the seats were taken - including 2 in the front alongside the driver - while he chatted outside with other drivers). There were at least 6 stops en route to the hotel and it took much longer than an hour. On the way back we tried to log in twice to find out our pickup time. We got an error message saying "booking not found". Tried emailing and got a stock reply saying they would get back to us within 72 hours but we should contact the local 24 hour emergency number if it was more urgent. We tried phoning for almost an hour but all lines were busy. Eventually the hotel desk staff got through after an hour of phoning and we got our time for the early morning pickup the next day. We then received an email saying they had sent details to the hotel. Instead of a Speedy Shuttle to take us back to the airport, we were collected by a bus which trailed around 10 hotels and took an hour and 20 minutes to get us to the airport. When we got there, the queues to check in were enormous. Luckily we had upgraded to Priority check in or we would almost certainly have missed our flight. Needless to say, we were not at all happy with the transfer and less than satisfied with the overall level of service which has significantly reduced since Sunshine was taken over by On The Beach. On the plus side, we did not have to pay half up front as the deposit was much less. We were able to make payments over several months to reduce the balance. Hotel Beverly Playa was excellent value and paying for the room upgrade was worth it. The hotel staff were superb and ensured we had a wonderful time - especially the Animation Team who remembered us from previous years and gave us a warm welcome. They put on a lively programme of entertainment all week and ensured all guests had a happy holiday. Food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. 0verall I am not sure if we would book with On The Beach again. We might be tempted to go with another company or book direct ourselves.

My first time using sunshine.....first impressions......not great....my status stayed on pending for 48 hours only to receive a phone call from sunshine telling me that my holiday price had gone up an extra £300....oddly I checked there website while sunshine was on the phone and there site said the original price I booked.....when I asked about this I was told there website hadn't caught up.....it all sounded pretty suspicious to me......when I told sunshine there is no way I could afford that much more and that id seen the holiday else where cheaper (not there sister site on the beach) they magically lowered the price and changed my pending status to confirmed in the space of 1 minute........in conclusion yes the prices are good but I dont believe they have to wait 48 hours for there site to update......in this day and age??? Yea right......I think this is just a plot to then increase your price......not a good idea when "love holiday. Com" is almost as cheap.....would I remember.....mmmmm.....maybe.......but dont prey on people sunshine its not fair.

Hi, I booked the holiday and then realised within 20 minutes of getting the confirmation e-mail that google chrome had atuto filled in my son's name in error. I rang straight away and was told to ring back in 30 mins as it was still pending...I got another e-mail to show the booking had been done...I then rang back only to have to wait for approx. 28 minutes to speak to someone. They told me that I would have to ring the airlines direct.....why didn't the young lady put me through to customer services as soon as I had seen the error? I did eventually get things sorted out but this was a very stressful experience.

Great prices but the customer service isn't all that great. Called to make a group booking to be told there wasn't any availability for any of us to then go online and book the exact same hotel through the website. Waiting times to get through to someone is also a very long time.

Still actually waiting on my confirmation, says withing 48 hours, I am still nervously waiting to see if I actually have a holiday booked next year on not. Anxious to say the least.

As happened twice before the time between us booking and confirmation our holiday price had gone up , a little disappointing as I use a lot of different booking agencies but this only happens with you guys

Good price deal and easy to book online with but I asked a question and didn't get a response. I also could have done with having direct contact details of the accommodation so I could discuss with them my room requirements but this was not an option. To be honest I don't think i would rate sunshine more highly than others.

Disappointed that your recommended hotel had so many bad reviews, but after waiting a long time in a queue you changed it to a more acceptable hotel which we appreciated
