Have always been good when booking on line but booked holiday last week and was caused stress and anxiety by a booking over the phone that the assistant made a right mess of. She sent an email to Susan not Sharon so did not get it she booked wrong luggage with easy hey and booked wrong room. I was on the phone for two hours trying to sort it out sunshine they had to listen to the call before changing I was furious not acceptable.
