I went to Tenerife last Monday and by Wednesday experienced bed bugs in my room.
The hotel changed my room and upgraded me to all-inc but I didn't need this as I was traveling out and about everyday.
Sunshine gave me 30 pounds refund which is not acceptable because I want a full refund.
This was a ongoing problem from before in this hotel and other customers experience the same problem as me.
The hotel in question was called blue sea Puerto.
This hotel should be closed down until the bed bugs problem is gone completely.
Sunshine has even offered me a 50 pounds voucher for another holiday which I refused.
I will never use this company again as they have ruined my holiday and don't want to give me a full refund.
