I am one person who never complains about anything or would even right a review on someone, but today I am going to say to keep away from this one particular company as they are nothing but an absolute joke!!!!!!! I booked a holiday last Thursday to go away to Greece for one week at the end of this month and after booking the holiday I received an email from Sunshine stating that my holiday was pending and that someone would contact me within 48 to confirm my booking. I checked my bank to see if they had taken payment, but they hadn't, so I tried calling them to ask what was happening about my holiday and to see why it takes 48 to confirm a booking. The phone went to answer machine with a long message stating that they had an abundant amount of messages and that the line was closed whilst they sort out their issues. I left it until Saturday to see if someone contacted me before the 48 had elapsed, but they hadn't so I decided to book another holiday with another company. Yes that was silly of me to do but at the end of the day when you state in an email that your holiday would be confirmed within 48 and it don't then it puts you in a position and especially when you do not know if you will even be going on that particular holiday. About 40 minutes after booking a holiday with another company I got an email from Sunshine stating that my holiday had been booked. I responded to the email straight away stating that as 48 hours had elapsed then I do not wish to take this holiday and to cancel it as I will no longer be going. A few minutes later I had a response from my email from the customer care team stating that they aim to contact me within 28 days or could be longer during peak times. The following day I checked my bank account to find that they have taken the money from my account. Today I have called them around 5 times but not able to speak to anyone as a voicemail kicks in stating that they are busy and that it might be a while before you can speak to someone then the line cuts off. This company is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!!!! Now I am left paying for a holiday that I will not be going on. I live alone and cannot afford to waste my money on two holidays, which I am left with. I know that I should of hang fire until I heard back from them before booking another holiday, but please do not state that you will contact someone within 48 hours and then don't. The worse thing as well is that you cannot even speak to anyone due to the line cutting off each time I called. Angry is an under statement.
