Used sunshine as usual this year. Taxi transfer to hotel was very good and all ran smoothly. We stayed at the Antigoni hotel in Protarus in Cyprus. We had stayed in this hotel twice before, but this time we were very disappointed. Previously there had been a nice mix of nationalities but now there were mainly Russians and some Brits. The hotel was desperately in need of refurbishment and the staff looked like they were past caring. Many of the other guests had complained to their reps so hopefully things will improve. On the positive side the weather was beautiful as was the pool, and there's always plenty of nightlife.
