We had excellent service from the Sushine rep who booked the holiday and the 'price was right' One Moan On arrival at Tenerife we were told by holiday taxi's which had been booked for us by 'Sunshine'that there would be a 45 minute wait so we paid extra for a private taxi(not very pleased) On arrival at the Hotel we were very pleased, the staff were lovely and the room was just as we had hoped, sea view with balcony, the food was lovely and weather was kind The situation of the Hotel is great for the beach just a few minutes walk, the rooms were cleaned often and the staff were lovely On the reception I had some very welcome help from Frank and a very nice young black man, they helped with my boarding pass to return, in fact all the staff were lovely Holiday taxis did pick us up on time for our return journey So except for that moan we had a lovely time and if Holiday Taxi's want to ve us a part refund would be appreciated
