The company were very good with the online booking and kept in touch throughout. The one downside was that whilst the hotel was good we were the first persons to stay in the new wing and for the first few days it was like a builders site with workmen hammering away, no lights on the stairways, well I could go on, but I felt the company must have known this was the case and we should have been informed
