Brilliant value but the first holiday I booked wasn’t available which was misleading as I’d filled in the search form correctly. I spoke to customer services & they did offer me alternatives but I wouldn’t book as I had not been able to look & research hotel. However I found a replacement on Sunshine that was suitable for my family. Apart from not being able to pre book seats till after booking confirmation it was relatively straight forward. Just to see if our holiday lives upto expectations 😬☀️
