First time we used them and they have sorted the holiday that we want however... We used the Web site to book the holiday as we do with others., the option of one off payment or do it over three was fine and thus we paid the first amount due... It was only then when we paid were we told that they would now get in touch with the airline and hotel to check availability... Surely this should have been done first before paying any money over,, what would have happened if we had paid the full amount then be told that either or both the hotel or airline did not have space for us.. What would of happened then?
So far all has gone well but it was still a 24hr worry about money..
