Great short break, the hotel was definitely not 5 stars but that’s not your fault. We booked a family of 4 but you put us as a double, fortunately the changed us for free to a family but only after a night in a king size bed with our 2 kids, one being 14 ? A little bit more support as there were no reps or anyone to ask anything would of been nice.
