I previously booked a holiday the same as this one but I never received an email of confirmation. When I contacted the complaints team about it their reply was that a confirmation email had been sent out. I have had no help in recovering the booking or email. The deposited has been taken from my bank and I have not had any request for the next payment.
So to stop all the anxiety and stress I have had because of someone not wanting to help a customer. I have rebooked the holiday and paid for it all in one payment . Now I can go on a well earned break
