The website was easy to use, and bookings are easy to place. We did have a problem with our return flight, because it was already full. After a few short phone calls, we managed to find the same holiday, leaving a day later than intended, and a little bit cheaper.
Overall we're happy with the outcome, and the service we recieved from the very helpful staff.
