The only thing that let your service down, was the fact it had taken me 26 minutes to get to speak to a member of your team to enquire about my future holiday. I did nearly hang up and I guess a lot of people will do. Suggestion would be that you change the way you are kept on hold ie all it’s says is “ You are moving forward in the queue “ It would be far better and give you some hope if it gave you a number ie “ You are 8 in the queue You are 6 in the queue etc. At least you would know you are getting somewhere. You nearly lost out on £2000 booked holiday. Question would be’ how many people don’t have the patience or how much money you may lose. Other than that your member of staff was very professional.
