Initially, I was super impressed since my parcel arrived 3 days after I placed the order. Only to find they sent me the wrong product. From there everything went sideways. They took a week to come and collect the wrong item. Only a week after THAT did they let me know I can expect my package in another week. So so so disappointed. Can't wait to finally receive the package for real.
