I bought 2 dresses and returned it for a smaller size. I showed the courier both dresses as packaged and explained that i only tried the 1 dress hence the other 1 still sealed. A few days later Superbalist is telling me that i did not return both dresses. I will provide security video footage to the media to expose the company. I will return both dresses that i have paid for and suffer the loss. The audacity of telling your customers that they havent returned the item. Service is pathetic. Never been addressed as a thief, that being a law enforcement employee. Disgusting Superbalist!!!
