I bought couch here on the 2nd of Sept by the 24th the cushion had sunken and wire popping out on the bottom. Also I barely used this couch as I'm a working student and I'm on my desk 8 to 5 after that I'm studying cause it's exam season. I've been struggling for them to assist me they sent a scooter to come fetch it then after that it was a corolla. And they know very well what needs to be collected on their email they sent me they even have a pic of the couch so how they are sending scooter is beyond me. I called them and they say they will call me back.. Or they are escalating. Nothing has happened. I've called them again today on the 30th now they are claiming that they can't assist me I need to call a different number. At this point it's like they trying to scam me so they can say it's past 30 days. But I'm a broke student earning peanuts I saved for months for that couch. I will not let it go.
