I placed an order for a pare of sneakers in a UK size 7, when I received my package it was a EUR 39 (which is a UK size 6). I logged an exchange and sent a photo of the wrong shoe size, when I received the exchange it was again an EUR 39. So I phoned Superbalist and explained to them that obviously the people packing the shoes do not understand shoe size convertions, they said they will get back to me. Three days later I received a mail stating that the size I want are out of stock and I should do a refund.
