I placed 2 huge orders with Superbalist and I've been unable to track these purchases. I've sent several emails and I have evidence via emails by their agents assuring me all is well & that the orders are will arrive by a certain date. There has being no updates and the orders are being skipped. Now their have stopped responding with me completely & their apparent helpline is never answered. I'm about to lay complaints with bank requesting retrieval of these funds based on fraudulent activities.We pay large amounts of cash upfront on trust. Next step will probably be criminal charges against the agents who have assured that my orders are trackable online. This is also complete deception.
